Food and Nutrition

The Dining Room as a Classroom

At our institution, healthy eating is one of the pillars of learning for school-aged children. Through the management of meals that meet the nutritional requirements of our population, we achieve nutritional education, improve relationships with food, ensure access to adequate nutrition, and foster the development of well-rounded human beings.

The meals are carefully designed and balanced to provide appropriate amounts of macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals). All food groups are combined to ensure a varied diet and a multicultural Colombian-French culinary experience.
