Admission Fee Payment
To begin the admissions process, it is necessary to pay the admission fee of $350,000 (three hundred fifty thousand pesos).
Required Documents
Please check below the applicant category to which you belong in order to gather the required documents and send them to:admissions@lf.edu.co
- Birth Certificate: Regardless of age, a copy of the applicant’s birth certificate must be submitted.
- Documents for Colombian Students: Identity card (Tarjeta de Identidad). For students over 7 years old, please attach a copy of the identity card (both sides).
- Documents for Foreign Students: Please attach an updated copy of the passport, visa, and foreign ID card (Cédula de Extranjería), if applicable.
- Health Insurance Certificate (valid in Colombia): Attach a valid certificate of health insurance, EPS, or prepaid medical plan covering the applicant.
- SECAP Document: This is an authorization granted by the parents allowing the school to process personal data. Please submit two completed copies, one for each parent (the document is attached). Note: This document is not required for families of French nationality. Click here to download.
- Photographs: Attach one recent photo of the applicant and one of each parent with the following specifications:
- ID photo: color, white background
- Family photo: a photo including all family members living with the applicant
- Employment Certificates: Submit employment certificates for each parent, issued on official company letterhead, including position, length of employment, and monthly income.
- Documents for Self-Employed Parents: If parents are self-employed, please provide an income certificate issued by an accountant, along with a copy of the accountant’s professional license and a valid chamber of commerce certificate.
- Tax Return: In all cases, please attach the most recent tax return (Colombia) or the latest tax payment certificate if taxes were filed in another country.
- Copy of Parents’ Identification Documents:
- Colombian citizens: copy of both sides of each parent’s national ID
- Foreign citizens: updated copies of passport, visa, and foreign ID card for each parent
- Academic Records: For students applying from CE1 (2nd grade) onwards, original academic transcripts must be submitted for all completed and passed grades, starting from CP (1st grade), as well as preschool records, if applicable.
- Birth Certificate: Regardless of age, a copy of the applicant’s birth certificate must be submitted.
- Documents for Colombian Students: Identity card (Tarjeta de Identidad). For students over 7 years old, please attach a copy of the identity card (both sides).
